Surendrapuri is a located in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. It is also know as Mythological Awareness museum and Architecture of the temple, this is about 55km from Hyderabad in india. Nearest Railway station is Bhonagir Railway Station.
It is established by Kunda Satyanarayana in memory of his son Surendra. It is also known as Kunda Satyanarayana Kala Dhamam. There are a few hundred such replicas. and sculptures, paintings depicting stories from major hindu epics like Ramayan, Mahabharat and Bhagavat, including Padmavyuha in Kurukshetra between kauravas and pandavas in Mahabharat.
It provides satisfaction of having visited all the Hindu holy places in India in one short trip of about 3-4 hours. And a good visual background of what Hindu mythology is all about. One does not have to be religious to more people visit this place.
